Urnäscher Hornkuhkäse, 1/2 Laib ca. 3.5 kg

The Urnäscher Horned Cow Cheese is made from the whole milk of Horned Appenzell cows, whose owners attach great importance to care and tradition. With a maturation period of five to seven months, this cream cheese develops a particularly creamy and pleasantly spicy taste. Thanks to its high fat content, it is wonderfully velvety and is ideal for cheese salads or simply with a good piece of bread. This cheese was awarded a silver medal at the World Cheese Awards in Oviedo (Spain) in 2021 – a beautiful confirmation of its quality and unique character.
