Produced during the alpine summer from precious alpine milk, it carries the authenticity of its origin in every wheel. Its flavour is robust yet well balanced, with savoury alpine notes and an honest, natural character. Depending on its maturation, it can be pleasantly rounded or increasingly expressive.
