The milk for this special cheese comes from ten farms between Staffelegg and Frick. Behind the Fricktal gourmet cheese are Paul Frey and Arno Wernle, who with passion and craftsmanship create a cheese from the best Fricktal milk that is ideal for an aperitif - and is particularly appreciated as a fine raclette in winter.
