Küssnachter rezent, Laib ca. 7kg

The more mature and expressive version of Küssnachter, it is aged in the cellar for nine months and, like the classic Küssnachter, carefully matured with cider. This gives it a beautiful depth, a distinctive savouriness and a full-bodied, harmonious character. Its flavour is bold yet well balanced, with a mature aroma and a subtle, distinctive note imparted by the cider treatment.
