A mountain cheese full of character from Seelisberg, which is made according to traditional craftsmanship from raw milk from the surrounding mountain farmers. After about 6 weeks of maturation, the cheese is gently smoked with wood chips, which gives it an unmistakable, intense aroma. The milk comes from cows that graze on lush mountain meadows in summer and receive fine hay in winter - which is why natural colour nuances appear in the cheese dough between winter and summer cheese.
