Stella Alpina "Bio VK", Laib ca. 600g

A semi-hard cheese with a soft, white to straw-yellow dough, made exclusively from fresh cow's milk from a single milking. The fine, white layer of mould gives it a delicate aroma reminiscent of fragrant alpine pastures. Enjoyed young, it is mild and buttery, with increasing maturity it develops a nutty aroma and a gray patina on the crust.
