His name honors the world-famous Gotthard Pass over the main Alpine ridge – rich in history, connected to the "Via delle Genti" as well as the railway and motorway tunnels. Like the pass itself, our cheese is at the heart of an unmistakable taste – aromatic, mild and melt-in-the-mouth.
