A fine semi-hard cheese for every occasion: whether for breakfast, brunch, dinner or simply in between. With its soft, delicate consistency in ivory-coloured to soft yellow tint and mild, pure, slightly spicy taste, it delights on any cheese platter or in sandwiches. During maturation, each wheel is lovingly rubbed with Pinot Noir from Vully and natural Annato dye several times a week. Bronze medal at the 2022 World Cheese Championships in Wisconsin, USA.
